1 Sep – 31 Dec - “112 Years and Counting: The History of the Clark County Historical Society” is outside the Crabill Discovery Hall. The exhibit looks at how the historical society has changed over time and highlights its collections, the different venues where it has been, and looks at the move to the Heritage Center. 1 - 25 Oct Cowvin’s Corny Maze, Young’s Jersey Dairy: See if you can navigate your way through the maze of over 3 acres of cornfield and over one mile of paths. 1 Sep – 3 Oct Jack Osbun 40 Year Retrospective: A Search for Significant Form: Held 9 am to 5 pm at the Springfield Museum of Art. Inspired by the culture, land and people of Mexico, Jack brings to Springfield painting rich in color and texture, steeped with a cultural overlay.

11 – 13 Cars & Parts Springfield Swap Meet Fall is the time to Finish Your Projects! Those spring and summer projects need finishing for the end of year Cruise-In’s. 17 Clark County Public Library Family Game Night Hey kids! Take your parents to the library for a fun, free night of family games! 18 3rd Friday Fling in the Springs: College Students Welcome. A warm welcome will be extended to all the new and returning college and university students in our local area. 18-19-20 Springfield Antique Show and Flea Market Extravaganza, Friday 4 pm – 8 pm, Saturday 8 am – 5 pm and Sunday 9 am – 4 pm, Clark County Fairgrounds, exit 59 off I-70. Three times a year, in May, July and September, the Springfield Antique Show and Flea Market holds its famous Extravaganza. Wear your walking shoes and prepare for a day of fun shopping over 2,500 dealers who’ll be set up in a dozen buildings and outdoors across the entire fairgrounds. Our extravaganzas are some of the largest markets held anywhere in the country and draw dealers and customers from around the world.

22 Clark County Public Library Family Fun Flicks: City of Ember For generations, the people of the City of Ember have flourished in an amazing world of glittering lights. But Embers once powerful generator is failing, and the great lamps that illuminate the city are starting to flicker. Come join us, starting at 6:30 pm.
25-27 Old Clifton Days, Historic Clifton, OH. A three day family event including a parade with pioneers, scarecrows and floats. Live Bluegrass, country, and rock music so wear your dancing shoes and try your skills at karaoke. There will be competition corn hole, horseshoes and bale toss for fun and prizes. Friday, 4 – 9 pm; Saturday 9 am – 9 pm; Sunday 10 am – 5 pm.

26 Broadway and Beyond Series presents Chris Botti No one blends jazz, pop and lush romanticism like trumpeter and composer Chris Botti, who has collaborated with everyone from Sting and Paul Simon to Burt Bacharach and Andrea Bocelli. Botti’s recordings have made him a virtual “genre-of-one” in the realm of contemporary jazz, while at the same time capturing the attention of the pop music world. We spotlight Chris Botti in a night of music as spontaneous as it is cool! To be held at the Kuss Auditorium, Clark State Performing Arts Center at 8 pm, 300 S. Fountain Ave., Springfield, OH.
